The School of Biomedical Engineering is a graduate
Department within the Faculties of Engineering and Medicine.
Students can earn MASc or PhD degrees. supported by
over 30 faculty members. Students gain experience working with Scientists,
Clinicians, Surgeons and Entrepreneurs working in laboratory,
biomedical industry and hospital
settings.
Qualified
students will be accepted into the M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. programs from
undergraduate engineering programs, from honours mathematics and
physical or biological science programs, as well as from clinical
professional programs (M.D., D.D.S., D.V.M.). You can learn more about
about the M.A.Sc. in Biomedical
Engineering and the
application process from this site. You can learn more
about graduate school admission generally and about support from
Dalhousie's Faculty
